First Steps

Start with a 15-minute chat where you can ask questions about the process. Then, if you’re ready to move forward, I'll send you the initial paperwork through my client portal for completion before our first session.s (or me) and share your hopes and goals for therapy.

3. First Session

We’ll meet via video chat to review your paperwork, set goals, get to know each other and spend time answering any questions you might have.

4. Ongoing Support

I encourage weekly appointments for the first 2 months - then we'll decide on the frequency that makes sense for your goals.

All sessions are conducted online via our secure HIPAA-compliant platform until further notice. Virtual therapy provides convenience, accessibility, and the comfort of being in your own private space.
