K. Hall Therapy
WELCOME!!! No matter where you are in your journey, I want to congratulate you for having the courage to even consider starting therapy; whether it's for the first time or the third. I believe that everyone has the ability to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. Okay, so let's start with a little bit about me then we’ll get into how my therapy services are just the push you need to transform your life.
My name is Kristina Hall and I am a Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist. I earned my Master’s in Counseling Psychology with emphasis in Marriage Family Therapy from Mount St. Mary’s University and my Bachelor’s Degrees from California State University of San Bernardino.
“Discover Your Truth, Know Your Power”
My approach is rooted in the belief that once an individual gains a greater knowledge of self (their TRUTH) along with Therapy tools, they’ll have the POWER to create the life they truly desire. With this POWER, an individual can now apply that knowledge, make the necessary changes, and live a fulfilling life.
As an integrative therapist, I look at the ‘whole’ of a person, including mind, body, and spirit as well as their history. I believe in providing treatment that address the root cause of the client's challenges rather than just treating the symptom to reduce the risk of reoccurrence. I provide a collaborative, empathic, safe, and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and work through your challenges. As individuals, our situations, strengths, and personalities are all unique so it only makes sense that every therapeutic plan is too. I use various methods from different modalities and tailor therapy treatment to each client's needs in order to enhance treatment effectiveness.
My goal is to create a strong therapeutic relationship so that my client(s) are able to comfortably share their darkest secrets, thoughts, concerns, and questions. Many times trauma and negative thoughts are what keep individuals from thriving and living a fulfilling healthy life.
I am direct. I ask tough questions. I challenge you to reach your goals!
I am passionate about breaking the therapy stigma within the Black Community and helping individuals take control of their mind as well as their life.
